Education and research are at the heart of Focus Afrika’s mission. We are committed to empowering African youth through high-quality, context-relevant educational programs that build their capacity, sharpen their skills, and prepare them to face local challenges with confidence and innovation. Our goal is to raise a generation of competent, trustworthy, and visionary leaders — a strong social capital capable of driving Africa’s sustainable development. Alongside education, our research activities support this vision by generating knowledge, informing policy, and advancing solutions tailored to the continent’s realities
We bring Professors and professionals from Korea and other developed countries to Africa to share their expertise with the African youth.
We open trainings, short courses, certificate or diploma programs, Modular Courses, Intensive or Bootcamp Courses, Part-time or Evening Courses as well as Seasonal Schools on and off line in Africa for capacity building and knowledge boosting in various domains
We organize Seminars and workshops in Korea and other developed countries to orient the young Africans on how to apply their knowledge and talents in Africa for sustainable development.
We provide leadership, effective democracy, distributive justice, accountability and other mental motivation-based courses to young Africans in order to build reliable human and social capital for the African development
We Support African youth to study in Korea or other developed countries then we help them on how to use their knowledge for the advancement of their countries and/or local communities.
We recruit professors who will volunteer to go to Africa, visit the precise universities in need of professors and teach for a period of one to two months for one program or one course.
Professors and professionals from Korea and other developed countries travel to Africa to give short courses and intensive educational programs entirely planned and organized by Focus Afrika at the end of which beneficiaries are given certificates or diplomas.
Done everywhere around the world where there are young African residents, in Africa the target is to provide quality education to the young Africans and to help them on how to apply their knowledge to the African realities.
Conferences and talk concerts are organized both abroad and in Africa depending on the need as long as the young Africans are the beneficiaries. Not only young Africans but other people from different domains who are interested in Africa.
The African population with no discrimination whatsoever is the beneficiary of our educational programs which are practical, inclusive and field responsive. Education and knowledge acquirement is the key to sustainable development and are at the same time a basic right of all human beings. At focus Afrika, we reach the bottom of the population layer and make sure they are educated appropriately in order to gain financial independence and to be useful to their communities and so to their countries.

We establish scientific communities serving as hubs for organizations or individuals interested by researching on Africa.
We build research centers and libraries in different regions of Africa in order to improve the research environment and to ensure a better access to data.
