Here are your steps:

1.Prepare Your Manuscript

Ensure your work is complete, original, and relevant to African issues. Make sure it follows the APA referencing style, font Times new Roman, 1.5 spacing and font size 12.

2.Submit Your Work /Fill the form

Upload your manuscript through our submission form or email it directly to our editorial team. Please include: Author name(s), Institutional affiliation (if any) and a Brief author bio (2–3 lines)

3.Peer Review & Evaluation

Our editorial team will review your submission for: Relevance and originality, Clarity and structure, Alignment with Focus Afrika’s mission.
Some submissions may be peer-reviewed by experts in the field.

4.Editing & Design

Once accepted, we’ll work with you on: Editing and formatting, Cover design and layout, Optional translation or adaptation for wider access
We aim to maintain the integrity of your work while making it accessible to the African audience.

5.Publication & Distribution

Your work will be published digitally through our website and partner platforms. Select publications may be printed and shared during trainings, workshops, or in academic networks. You’ll receive: A downloadable final version, A shareable publication link, Optional author spotlight on our site and Printed copies.
